EXHIBIT AREA

On-line exhibitor registration is now open. Booth selection will begin in January, 2019. The Exhibit room is adjacent to the session room and poster area. Careful attention has been paid to creating a high traffic space so that attention will be focused on your products and services

EXHIBIT BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS

We are offering 2 different booth sizes:

  • Size: 8’ X 10’ — 8’ high back wall and 3’high side drape
  • Size: 10’ X 10’ — 8’ high back wall and 3’high side drape

Equipped with:

  • 1 6’ skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastepaper basket
  • Booth sign

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS INCLUDE

  • 2 complimentary Symposium registrations per booth
  • Identification on the Symposium web site
  • Acknowledgement in the program book
  • Receipt of all Symposium materials, including program book for each registrant
  • Invitation to attend all sessions and general social events for each registrant

KEY DATES and TIMES

Thursday, November 1, 2018:  On-line exhibitor registration opens
Thursday, May 2, 2019:  Deadline for requesting exhibit space *
Saturday, June 22, 2019:  Exhibitor Set-up, 01:00pm – 06:00pm
Saturday, June 22, 2019:  Exhibits Open, 07:00pm – 9:00pm
Wednesday, June 26, 2019:  Exhibitor teardown, 08:00pm

* Or until all spaces are sold

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

Booth selection will begin in January, 2019. Sponsors will be contacted first, and then the remainder of exhibitors will be contacted in the order in which they registered. The ability to select a specific booth location will diminish as the exhibit hall continues to fill, so we recommend that you register early.

EXHIBIT FEES and REGISTRATION

Fees:  $5000.00 for each 8’ x 10’ or 10’ x 10’ booth space

2. Complete the Exhibitor Registration form, including payment in full. Upon receipt of the contract, registration and payment, the Symposium organizers will confirm your acceptance, assign booth space, or work with you to select a booth location, and will post your organization’s name to the Symposium web site. Booth selection will begin in January.

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBIT RESERVATION

Exhibitor fees will be refunded, less $500.00, if received in writing on or before May 1, 2019. After May 1, 2019 no booth fees will be refunded unless APS is able to resell the space. Cancelled space will not be resold until all space for the exposition has been sold. Cancellation notification can be emailed to the Symposium Registrar at: iuconfs@iu.edu
